Changing your delivery address

It is possible to manage your subscription online in your account on our website.

You can access your Manage subscription page from the link available in our service emails.

Alternatively, go to our website and log in to your account where you can find your subscriptions.

Once you are on your subscription page, please click on the Shipping Address button

Click on your delivery address

Edit where necessary in the sidebar menu and confirm. Amendments via this method will update all subscriptions associated with this address.

Alternatively, feel free to give us a call at any of the numbers listed below or send us an email to support@oxfordbiolabs.com if you need to change your delivery address. Please note, introducing any changes in your autodelivery must be made in advance prior to your next payment/shipment. Do not hesitate to contact us and get a confirmation that the changes you introduced came through.
