It is possible to manage your subscription online in your account on our website.
You can access your Manage subscription page from the link available in our service emails.
Alternatively, go to our website and log in to your account where you can find your subscriptions.
Once logged in, click on Payment Methods Button
And then on Add New Payment Method button and enter the payment method details.
Then click on Subscriptions button again
And click Edit button there
Expand the Shipping and Billing section and click Use this shipping and billing pair to select the new payment method.
If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout. Customers can switch from PayPal to credit card in their Customer Portal. However, a credit card customer cannot switch to PayPal.
