Cancelling your autodelivery

It is possible to manage your subscription online in your account on our website.

You can access your Manage subscription page from the link available in our service emails.

Alternatively, go to our website and log in to your account where you can find your subscriptions.

In order to cancel you need to click on Manage Subscription button

On the bottom left side, you will see the option to cancel 

Alternatively, feel free to give us a call at any of the numbers listed below or send us an email to support@oxfordbiolabs.com if you need to cancel your subscription. Please note, introducing any changes in your autodelivery must be made in advance prior to your next payment/shipment. Do not hesitate to contact us and get a confirmation that the changes you introduced came through.
